AM I NEXT? The documentary

The year of 2020 has opened my eyes in a creative perspective to really speak out on social justice issues and what really has been going on around the world. In the eye of a black man, I fear that my life is in danger due to police officers shooting before asking questions first. I had the pleasure of cohosting A march at the Washington Episcopal school June 27, 2020. This March has not only opened a lot more opportunities for me, but has made me more politically aware in countless ways. Although this March was very needed at the time, there is still a lot of work to be done in the United States of America. That being said I took the liberty of creating a documentary with a great group of coworkers and friends and the rest is history. While watching this video, you are witnessing the passion, emotion and vulnerability we experienced not only at this march, but for the remainder of last year. While watching this, please keep in mind that as a group, the goal was to make a change and receive justice for a horrible crime that was committed. The only way we can create change is if we stand together and act on what we say. People of colour have been a part of this country for years and have yet to be treated like everyone else.
